Asbestos is a highly toxic substance and requires very specific handling for the safety of all people in the vicinity.
We offer 5 different Asbestos related courses to meet needs for general awareness and identification of Asbestos for contractors, employees and domestic operators in WA.
The purpose of these courses is to equip you with the knowledge and skills that will help you safely plan, manage and/or undertake the removal of asbestos in your circumstances.

The following 3 Courses are Nationally Recognised - they are often required by operators to meet contractual obligations for Federal Government sites or in industries governed federally such as Telecommunications.
CPCCDE3014A Remove Non-Friable Asbestos (also known as bonded asbestos)
CPCCDE3015A Remove Friable Asbestos (Friable Asbestos can become airborne and has more stringent requirements for handling)
CPCCBC4051A Supervise Asbestos Removal - many contracts require Supervisors of work teams to hold this higher qualification to ensure the safety of their team. If you are removing asbestos commercially, then you must have a qualified Supervisor in attendance

Provide First Aid equips you with the minimum requirement of Workplace Health and Safety Legislation for anyone requiring a first aid certificate in the workplace.
Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel (LVR) and CPR - meets the mandatory requirements of rescue from a live low voltage panel apparatus. This training qualification is mandatory for many electrical contracts/workers/worksites. The course includes Cardio-Pulmonary Rescuscitation (CPR) Training as an optional add on.
